ASB Clients Learn Chair Yoga As A Gentle Way To Introduce Physical Exercise To Their Day

ASB clients were on hand in the Life Skills Classroom on Monday, April 3, to learn a new exercise routine consisting of stretches, breathing, and postures to improve wellness.  They learned techniques off the mat, using chairs, to improve their overall well-being without the need for extra equipment.
